His career has taken him from public accounting to executive leadership roles as Controller and CFO, giving him a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to build a strong financial foundation and drive sustainable success.

As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Jason brings technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to every client engagement. Erica complements this with her extensive background in operations, training, project management, and strategic planning. With experience ranging from educational leadership to enterprise solutions implementation and cross-functional collaboration, she brings organizational excellence, process optimization, and a people-first approach to everything we do.
